These Trial & Billing Terms explain how Probox software trial access, plan selection, buybox submission, and billing work.

Before starting the free trial, users may be asked to choose a plan such as:

The selected plan does not replace the demo immediately. Instead, it is the plan intended to apply after the free trial ends.

3. Buyboxes Submitted Through the Form

Users submit buybox criteria through the form or onboarding flow.

4. Trial Access

During the 3-day free trial, users may receive access to a fuller version of the product, including more detailed property information than what is shown in the demo preview.

Trial access may be limited or structured differently than fully paid subscription access while the onboarding and subscription flow is being completed.

5. Billing Start

If billing is enabled and a valid payment method is on file, the selected subscription may begin automatically after the free trial ends unless canceled before trial expiration.

6. Current Plan Summary

Plan details may be updated from time to time. Current plan summaries displayed on the website, pricing pages, and checkout flow control.

7. Cancel Before Billing

We may change trial terms, plan details, pricing, limits, or billing flow prospectively. Updated terms shown on the site or at checkout will apply going forward.

10. Software-only and user verification

Probox is a software platform for research workflow and organization. Property information may come from public records or third-party sources. Users must verify property information independently before making decisions.
